摘要
为解决分阶段施工桥梁成桥恒载状态的内力(简称成桥内力)与成桥恒载状态的线形(简称成桥线形)的分析与控制,基于无应力状态法理论建立杆系结构的力学平衡方程和线形控制方程,探究分阶段成形桥梁结构成桥内力与成桥线形的关系,提出成桥内力与成桥线形独立性原理。以斜拉桥结构为例,验证成桥内力与成桥线形的独立性,提出恒载状态成桥内力与成桥线形独立性控制方法,并对相关的工程应用场景进行说明。结果表明:分阶段成形的桥梁结构,通过主动控制构件单元的无应力状态量,可实现相互独立的结构内力和结构线形;在恒载确定的前提下,通过调整控制单元无应力状态量,可实现相同内力、不同线形的成桥状态和相同线形、不同内力的成桥状态;基于成桥内力与成桥线形独立控制方法可为恒载横向不对称斜拉桥设计、钢桁梁结构内力优化和桥梁施工状态偏差调整等提供新的思路。
This study investigates the relationship between the internal stress and the shape control of bridges under permanent loads during the final construction stage.By employing the shape control equations of planar beam elements based on the stress-free state theory,the principle of independence between the bridge shape and the internal stress is proposed.Using a cable-stayed bridge as an example,this study examines the independent relationship between the internal stress and the bridge shape,proposes a controlling method for the internal stress and shape of the bridge during the final construction stage,and introduces potential engineering application scenarios.It is concluded that,in the staged construction of bridges with determined permanent loads,independent control of internal stress and bridge shape can be achieved by actively managing the stress-free state variables of component elements.This principle of independence between internal stress and bridge shape under permanent loads offers new insights for designing cable-stayed bridges with transversely asymmetrical permanent loads,the optimization of internal stress in steel truss bridges,and adjusting construction deviations in bridge projects.
