UHPC预制管混凝土组合桥墩抗震性能与恢复力模型研究 被引量:3

Numerical Study of Seismic Performance and Restoring Force Model of Precast UHPC Tube-Core Concrete Composite Bridge Piers

摘要 为研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)预制管混凝土组合桥墩(简称组合桥墩)的抗震性能及恢复力模型,设计并制作3根组合桥墩试件和1根普通钢筋混凝土桥墩试件进行拟静力试验,采用Abaqus软件建立组合桥墩有限元模型并进行参数拓展分析,研究不同参数对组合桥墩抗震性能的影响;借鉴相关组合桥墩的骨架曲线计算方法,考虑不同参数对骨架曲线的影响,提出组合桥墩骨架曲线特征值计算方法,建立该类组合桥墩恢复力模型。结果表明:组合桥墩具有良好的抗震性能,提高UHPC强度和核心混凝土配筋可显著提高组合桥墩的水平承载力;轴压比、长细比、UHPC强度、预制管径厚比、体积配箍率对组合桥墩抗震性能的影响较大,纵筋配筋率对组合桥墩抗震性能的影响相对较小,建议组合桥墩的UHPC强度为140~180 MPa,预制管径厚比为6~10,体积配箍率为1%~2%;提出的组合桥墩恢复力模型计算得到的荷载~位移滞回曲线与试验值吻合较好,具有良好的适用性,可为该类桥墩的抗震优化设计和工程应用提供参考。 This study focuses on the seismic performance and restoring force model of the precast UHPC tube-core concrete composite bridge piers(composite pier for short).Three composite pier specimens and one reinforced concrete pier specimen were prepared for quasi-static test.Finite element models of the specimens were built in Abaqus for parametric expansion analysis and investigation of the effects of different parameters on seismic performance of the composite pier.A method to calculate the eigenvalue of composite pier skeleton curve is proposed and a restoring force model is built,referencing the existing calculation methods and considering the effects of different parameters.The results demonstrate that the composite pier exhibits sound seismic resistance,improving the strength of UHPC and increasing the reinforcement amount in the core concrete can significantly enhance the horizontal load bearing capacity of the composite pier.The critical parameters include the axial compression ratio,slenderness ratio,UHPC strength,diameter-to-thickness ratio of precast tube of precast tube,and volume stirrup ratio.The contribution of longitudinal steel area ratio to seismic performance is minimal.The suggested values of UHPC strength,diameter-to-thickness ratio of precast tube,and volume stirrup ratio are within the ranges of 140 to 180 MPa,6 to 10,and 1%to 2%,respectively.The load-displacement hysteresis loops calculated by the restoring force model agree well with the test results,proving that the proposed methods are well applicable and can serve as references for the seismic optimization design and engineering application of piers of the same type.
