短剪力钉连接的钢-UHPC组合结构力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解短剪力钉连接的钢-超高性能混凝土(UHPC)组合结构的力学性能及影响参数,进行该类结构的推出试验及疲劳试验。设计、制作9组不同钢筋横向间距及养护条件的短剪力钉连接钢-UHPC组合结构试件进行推出试验,4组试件进行不同剪应力幅值疲劳加载,分析试件破坏形态、极限承载力、疲劳性能等,并将试件剪力钉抗剪承载力和疲劳强度试验值与国内外规范建议值进行对比。结果表明:推出试验及疲劳试验所有试件的失效模式均为剪力钉根部破坏,钢筋横向间距及养护条件对UHPC与工字钢连接的剪力钉的抗剪承载力影响不大;9组推出试件的平均极限承载力为66.56 kN,接近美国规范计算值;拟合回归得到4组疲劳试验试件的疲劳强度为107.90 MPa,高于我国与日本规范设计指标值。 This study investigates the mechanical property and influential parameters of the steel-UHPC composite structure with short shear stud connection by push-out and fatigue tests.Nine groups of specimens with different rebar spacing and curing conditions were designed and prepared for push-out test,and four groups of specimens for fatigue loading associated with different shear stress ranges.The failure modes,ultimate load bearing capacity and fatigue performance of the specimens were analyzed.The shear strengths of shear studs in the specimens were compared with the fatigue test results and the suggested values in the Chinese,American and Japanese specifications.It is concluded that the failure of all the specimens in the push-out and fatigue tests concentrates on the roots of the shear studs,while the rebar spacing and curing conditions of UHPC exert minimal effect on the shear strength of shear studs.The average ultimate load bearing capacity of the nine groups of the specimens is 66.56 kN,close to the values suggested in the American specification.The fitted fatigue strength from regression models of the four groups of specimens for the fatigue tests is 107.90 MPa,higher than the suggested values in the Chinese and Japanese specifications.
