摘要
突发环境事件形式多样、危害范围广、处置难度大,通过有效的应急监测可以减缓污染的扩散,降低事故损失。阐述环境应急监测的重要性、当前应急监测技术和标准方法应用情况,分析环境应急监测当前存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期提供有价值的参考。
Environmental emergencies come in various forms,have a wide range of hazards,and are difficult to handle.Effective emergency monitoring can slow down the spread of pollution and reduce accident losses.Elaborate on the importance of environmental emergency monitoring,the current application of emergency monitoring technology and standard methods,analyze the current problems in environmental emergency monitoring,and propose corresponding countermeasures in order to provide valuable references.
