摘要
日益严格的国家环保政策对硫酸法钛白粉煅烧窑尾气处理提出更高的要求。根据烟气自身特点,结合催化法脱硫、超低温SCR脱硝及节能降碳技术在其他行业的应用情况,提出了一种切实可行的钛白粉煅烧尾气治理方案--催化法烟气多污染物深度治理技术,为钛白粉煅烧尾气治理提供参考,助力企业节能降碳,提高市场竞争力。
The increasingly strict national environmental protection policies propose higher demand of the calcination tail gas treatment in the titanium dioxide industry.Based on the features of flue gas,combined with the application of catalytic desulfurization,ultra-low temperature SCR denitrification,and energy conservation and carbon reduction technologies in other industries,a realistic and feasible scheme for the calcination tail gas treatment(flue gas multipollutants advanced control by catalytic technology)is proposed.This could provide a reference for the treatment of calcination tail gas of titanium dioxide,and help enterprises to save energy,reduce carbon emission and improve market competitiveness.
