磺酸盐耐高温降失水剂的合成及其在固井水泥浆中的性能研究

摘要 针对异常井中降失水剂在高温下的失效问题,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、丙烯酸(AA)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了一种磺酸盐类耐高温降失水剂ADAS。傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析以及凝胶渗透色谱仪测试结果表明ADAS合成成功,其重均分子量达827 255,且耐温可达370℃。含ADAS的水泥浆体系综合性能评价结果表明:在230℃、6.9 MPa下,当ADAS加量为2%时,水泥浆体系失水量为47 mL;在饱和盐水水泥浆液中加入5%的ADAS时,水泥浆体系的失水量低于50 mL,且水泥浆体系的稠化性能与抗压性能均处于合理范围。 A high-temperature resistant water loss agent ADAS was synthesized by aqueous polymerization using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA),acrylic acid(AA),and sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS)as monomers to address the issue of failure of water loss agents in abnormal wells at high temperatures.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry and gel permeation chromatography showed that ADAS was successfully synthesized,its weight average molecular weight reached 827255,and its temperature resistance reached 370℃.The comprehensive performance evaluation results of the cement slurry system containing ADAS show that at 230℃ and 6.9 MPa,when the ADAS dosage is 2%,the water loss of the cement slurry system is 47 mL;When 5% ADAS is added to saturated saltwater cement slurry,the water loss of the cement slurry system is less than 50 mL,and the thickening and compressive properties of the cement slurry system are within a reasonable range.
