摘要
当前,我国高校双创教育普遍面临着理论教学偏倚、实践实训偏离、学生感触不深、师资力量不匹配、行业联系脆弱等现实困境。鉴于双创活动具有较强的理论导向(知识属性)与实践导向(社会属性),通过分析二者的逻辑关系,强调高校要建立理论导向与实践导向协同的育人机制,从优化双创教育的课程设置、培养学生的自主学习能力、强化师生的实践实训、寻求外部的帮扶支持、打造价值引领的教育文化等路径实现突破。这将有利于丰富高校人才培养模式改革的理论内涵,助力于高质量双创人才的培养,也是促进教育链、人才链、创新链、产业链耦合发展的逻辑应然。
At present,China's universities and colleges generally face practical difficulties in innovation and entrepreneurship education such as a bias towards theoretical teaching,a deviation from practical training,a lack of deep student engagement,an imbalance in teaching staff and weak industry connections.Given that innovation and entrepreneurship activities have a strong theoretical orientation(knowledge attribute)and practical orientation(social attribute),by analyzing the logical relationship between the two,it is emphasized that universities should establish a collaborative education mechanism that integrates theoretical and practical orientations.Breakthroughs can be achieved through optimizing the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education,cultivating students'autonomous learning ability,strengthening practical training for both teachers and students,seeking external support and assistance and creating an educational culture that leads with values.Accordingly,it will be conducive to enriching the theoretical connotation of the reform of the talent cultivation model in universities and colleges and facilitating the cultivation of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents,and is also the logical necessity for promoting the coupling development of the education chain,talent chain,innovation chain and industrial chain.
