摘要 蝶阀是石油、化工、天然气等行业中的关键设备,其性能与生产稳定性、高效性紧密相关,轴系尺寸同轴度作为阀门零件的核心控制要点,不同厂家检测和评价精度的方法不同。本文聚焦公共轴线法在蝶阀阀体零件设计中的应用,深入剖析其原理、优势及实际应用效果。本文详细对比了传统标注法与公共轴线法,发现传统方式加工难度大,易导致零件误判,增加成本;而公共轴线法能统一设计、工艺与检验标准,降低加工难度和成本,提高加工效率。通过定量检测和预设控制,该方法还能有效解决阀轴受力不均问题,提升阀门性能。公共轴线法在推广应用中面临着设备精度和人才等挑战,但随着技术发展,其应用前景广阔,有望推动阀门制造行业向高精度、高性能、智能化迈进。 Butterfly valve is a key equipment in petroleum,chemical,natural gas and other industries.Its performance is closely related to production stability and high efficiency.The coaxiality of shaft size is the core control point of valve parts.Different manufacturers have different methods for testing and evaluating accuracy.This paper focuses on the application of common axis method in the design of butterfly valve body parts,and deeply analyzes its principle,advantages and practical application effects.In this paper,the traditional labeling method and the common axis method are compared in detail.It is found that the traditional method is difficult to process,which can easily lead to misjudgment of parts and increase cost.The common axis method can unify the design,process and inspection standards,reduce the processing difficulty and cost,and improve the processing efficiency.Through quantitative detection and preset control,this method can also effectively solve the problem of uneven force of valve shaft and improve valve performance.The public axis method is facing challenges such as equipment accuracy and talents in the promotion and application.However,with the development of technology,its application prospect is broad,which is expected to promote the valve manufacturing industry to move towards high precision,high performance and intelligence.
