安全阀的振动模态分析和特性研究

摘要 安全阀作为滑油系统压力调节的液压元件,用于调节液压系统的压力,安全阀阀体和阀芯振动直接影响安全阀的工作性能,从而对系统产生影响。本文选取安全阀为研究对象,采用模态分析对阀体的振动特性进行研究,将安全阀简化为弹簧-阀芯单自由度模型,根据Lagrange原理建立阀芯振动动力学微分方程,并研究进口压力对安全阀动态特性的影响。结果表明,当进口压力在额定压力范围内时,安全阀超调量和稳态响应时间较小,安全阀动态性能良好;当进口压力超过安全阀设计的额定压力时,阀芯振动失稳。本研究为避免阀体在实际工作环境中发生共振现象提供了理论指导。 As a hydraulic component for pressure regulation of lubricating oil system,safety valve is used to regulate the pressure of hydraulic system.The vibration of safety valve body and spool directly affects the working performance of safety valve,thus affecting the system.In this paper,the safety valve is selected as the research object,and the vibration characteristics of the valve body are studied by modal analysis.The safety valve is simplified into a spring-spool single-degree-of-freedom model.According to the Lagrange principle,the dynamic differential equation of the valve core vibration is established,and the influence of inlet pressure on the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve is studied.The results show that when the inlet pressure is within the rated pressure range,the overshoot and steady-state response time of the safety valve are small,and the dynamic performance of the safety valve is good.When the inlet pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the safety valve design,the spool vibration is unstable.This study provides theoretical guidance for avoiding the resonance phenomenon of the valve body in the actual working environment.
