十二角头螺栓模具失效的原因及改善措施

摘要 螺栓在飞机机轮刹车系统上大量使用,螺栓热镦锻生产过程中,模具经常发生坍塌、龟裂等失效缺陷,严重影响产品的质量和交付。讨论了冶金质量、坯料改锻、坯料预备热处理和最终热处理、坯料纤维流线、模具结构及表面化学热处理等因素对十二角头带法兰A42螺栓模具寿命的影响,并提出了延长模具寿命的措施。 Bolts are widely used in the brake system of aircraft wheels.During the hot forging process of bolts,the mold often experiences failure defects such as collapses or cracking,which seriously defects the product quality and delivery.The influence of metallurgical quality,blank forging,billet preheat treatment and final heat treatment,billet fiber flow lines,mold structure and surface chemical heat treatment on the service life of the A42 bolt mold for twlelve-sided head flange was discussed,and measures to improve the mold service life were proposed.
