摘要
时间的紧缺、生活节奏的加快、无处不在的加速成为晚期现代社会的核心特质,不确定性的“偶然意识”构成了人们的日常生活意识,晚期现代主体将他们的时代体验为一个危机的时代,这种危机感不仅反映在个人的压力和焦虑上,也体现在社会关系和结构的深层异化中。借由罗萨的社会加速理论,揭示加速背后的“时间极权”、加速对人与世界关系的影响以及如何打破“为我所用”这种工具理性的关系,探讨加速理论在当代社会科学中的贡献,并通过对“动态稳定”与“共鸣”的分析揭示加速在提升逻辑的裹挟下所面临的强制性增长的困境,以及“共鸣”作为一种积极应对社会加速的途径在社会日趋固化与时间紧缺的情境下的现实可行性。最后,探讨罗萨理论对构建“美好生活”图景的启示,试图为加速社会所带来的挑战和机遇的持续对话作出贡献,在理论见解与实际应用之间架起桥梁。
The scarcity of time,the acceleration of life’s pace,and the omnipresence of acceleration have become defining features of late-modern society.The“consciousness of contingency”rooted in uncertainty,permeates the daily life,leading late-modern subjects to perceive their era as a time of crisis.This sense of crisis manifests not only in individual stress and anxiety but also in the alienation of social relations and the structures.This paper employs Hartmut Rosa’ssocial acceleration theory to uncover the“temporal totalitarianism”underlying acceleration,its impact on human-world relationships,and the strategies to dismantle the instrumental rationality of“making the world available.”It also explores the contributions of acceleration theory to contemporary social sciences.Through an analysis of“dynamic stabilization”and“resonance,”the paper then reveals the dilemma of compulsory growth imposed by acceleration under the logic of escalation,as well as the practical feasibility of“resonance”as a proactive response to social acceleration in an increasingly rigid and time-constrained society.Finally,it discusses the implications of Rosa’s theory for a vision of“the good life,”aiming to leverage challenges as opportunities posed by an accelerated society and to bridge theoretical insights with practical applications.
