摘要
从人力资源优化配置的概念、方法、步骤、重要性以及国内外护理人力资源优化配置研究现状方面进行综述,以期为护理管理者开展护理人力优化配置提供参考依据,在兼顾病人安全的同时节约护理人力成本,不断提升护理人力配置质效。
This paper summarized the concepts,methods,steps and importance of optimal allocation of human resources,as well as the research status of optimal allocation of nursing human resources at home and abroad.So as to provide reference for nursing managers to carry out optimal allocation of nursing human resources,save the cost of nursing human resources while taking into account patient safety,and constantly improve the quality and efficiency of nursing human resources allocation.
