摘要
目的:探讨基于知信行(KAP)模型的容量管理对慢性心力衰竭病人的干预效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年1月在我院心脏中心就诊的慢性心力衰竭病人80例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规治疗加护理,观察组辅以KAP模型指导下的容量管理。随访3个月后,评估两组病人心功能分级、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、生活质量、再入院率及满意度。结果:随访3个月后,观察组病人心功能分级、NT-pro BNP水平、6MWT、生活质量评分、再入院率及满意度得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:KAP模型指导下的容量管理能有效改善慢性心力衰竭病人预后,提升生活质量,降低再入院率。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of volume management based on knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)model in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in the heart center of our hospital from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.There were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing.The observation group was supplemented by volume management guided by KAP model.After 3 months of follow-up,cardiac functional grading,NT-pro BNP level,6 min walking test(6MWT),quality of life,readmission rate and satisfaction were evaluated in both groups.Results:After 3 months of follow-up,the cardiac functional grading,NT-pro BNP level,6MWT,quality of life score,readmission rate and satisfaction score in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Volume management guided by KAP model could effectively improve the prognosis and the quality of life,and reduce the readmission rate of patients with chronic heart failure.
