玉米秸秆基多孔碳的制备及对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以玉米秸秆为碳源,利用其自身含有的磷元素为磷源,研究不同条件下共掺杂硫、氮元素后制得的多孔碳对重金属吸附性能的影响。对最佳条件下制备的多孔碳进行孔隙结构表征。结果表明,在m(氢氧化钾):m(硫脲):m(玉米秸秆)=3:1:1、活化时间为3 h、活化温度为600℃的制备条件下,制得多孔碳的比表面积为1274.8 m^(2)/g,平均孔径为2.3284 nm。该多孔碳对20 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)溶液的吸附率最高,为99.997%。 Corn straw is used as carbon source,and the phosphorus contained in it is used as phosphorus source,the effect of porous carbon prepared by co-doping sulfur and nitrogen under different conditions on the adsorption performance of heavy metals was studied.The pore structure of the porous carbon prepared under optimal conditions was characterized.The results showed that the specific surface area of porous carbon was 1274.8 m^(2)/g and the average pore size was 2.3284 nm under the preparation conditions of m(potassium hydroxide):m(thiourea):m(corn straw)=3:1:1,activation time of 3 h,and activation temperature of 600℃.This porous carbon had the highest adsorption rate of 99.997% for the 20 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)solution.
