摘要
金风1.5 MW机组Freqcon风冷变流器在运行数年后报IGBT温度不平衡,此故障在长时间大风满负荷情况时大面积出现。对变流器冷却风道和IGBT模块散热片检查时发现,梯形风道底部灰尘堆积,造成功率模块散热翅片堵塞,遇到长时间满负荷工况,模块散热不均匀,出现IGBT温度不平衡故障,通过分析故障原因,探析治理故障的方法。
The Freqcon air-cooled converter in Jinfeng 1.5MW wind turbines reported IGBT temperature im⁃balance after several years of operation.This fault frequently occurred under prolonged high-wind full-load conditions.Inspection of the converter's cooling duct and IGBT module heat sinks revealed that dust accumu⁃lation at the bottom of the trapezoidal air duct caused blockage of the power module's cooling fins.During extended full-load operation,this resulted in uneven heat dissipation and consequent IGBT temperature imbal⁃ance.Through analysis of the fault causes,this study explores methods for fault remediation.
