摘要
冬枣是我国目前优良的鲜食枣品种,因果实品质优良、市场价值高,近年来发展迅速。露天栽培的冬枣易受环境影响,裂果、病虫害等频繁发生,降低了果实品质,为此推广了冬枣设施栽培。设施栽培可有效改善冬枣品质,调节果实成熟期,提高种植效益,对冬枣产业发展发挥了重要作用。本文系统综述了冬枣设施栽培模式、设施类型、设施栽培品种选择和树形结构、光照、温湿度控制、土肥水管理等技术,同时提出了冬枣设施栽培存在的问题和发展建议,以期为冬枣产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑,充分发挥其在乡村振兴中的作用。
Winter jujube,one of the most outstanding fresh jujube varieties in China,has rapidly developed in recent years due to its excellent fruit quality and high market value.Winter jujube grown in open fields is susceptible to environmental influences,resulting in problems such as fruit cracking and pest infestation,which reduce fruit quality.Therefore,protected cultivation techniques for winter jujube were developed,which not only improved the quality of winter jujube but also regulated the ripening period,thereby improving cultivation efficiency.This has significantly contributed the development of the winter jujube industry.This paper systematically reviewed facility cultivation models,facility types,cultivated varieties,tree shape selection,light,temperature and humidity control,soil fertility,and water management.Additionally,it proposed problems and development suggestions for winter jujube facility cultivation,aiming to provide technical support for the sustainable development of winter jujube cultivation and fully leverage its role in rural revitalization.
