某电厂发电机振动故障诊断及处理

摘要 近年来国民经济高质量发展扩大了电力市场的需求,为此,新建电厂普遍提高了发电机配置,并结合技术赋能路径持续扩大技术要素配置,提高发电机振动故障诊断的精准性及处理效率。结合某电厂上汽1 000 MW汽轮发电机组的应用,概述了发电机转子振动情况,通过相关振动试验剖析其振动特征与原因,并对故障进行了针对性处理。 In recent years,the high-quality development of the national economy has expanded the demand in the power market.To this end,new power plants have generally improved the configuration of generators,and combined with the technical enabling path,continue to expand the configuration of technical elements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of generator vibration fault diagnosis.Based on the application of SAIC 1 000 MW turbo-generator set in a power plant,the vibration situation of the generator rotor is summarized,its vibration characteristics and causes are analyzed through relevant vibration tests,and the faults are dealt with accordingly.
