摘要
本研究旨在探讨基于BIM技术在工程中主体工程的成本动态分析及控制方法。在建筑项目中,主体工程是一项关键性工程,直接影响着项目的进度和成本。因此,对主体工程的成本动态分析和控制具有重要的意义。基于BIM技术的主体工程成本动态分析主要依赖于BIM技术提供的信息模型。通过对工程的信息模型进行分析,可以识别出主体工程的成本变化趋势,从而为项目的控制决策提供有力的支持。除此之外,基于BIM技术的主体工程成本控制还可以通过实时监测工程进度和质量来实现。通过实时监测,可以及时识别出工程的问题,从而采取相应的措施来避免项目的成本增加。
The purpose of this study is to explore the cost dynamic analysis and control method of the main project based on BIM technology.In the construction project,the main project is a key project,directly affects the progress and cost of the project.Therefore,it is of great significance to the cost dynamic analysis and control of the main project.The dynamic analysis of main project cost based on BIM technology mainly depends on the information model provided by BIM technology.Through the analysis of the information model of the project,the cost change trend of the main project can be identified,so as to provide strong support for the control decision of the project.In addition,the main project cost control based on BIM technology can also be realized through real-time monitoring of project progress and quality.Through real-time monitoring,the problems of the project can be identified in time,and corresponding measures can be taken to avoid the cost increase of the project.
