摘要
本文基于“产教融合,双元育人”理念,以本科院校为例研究现代学徒制试点实践的问题。发现试点实践存在学校与企业衔接不紧密、学生实操机会和资源不足、教师和企业导师缺乏经验、学校与企业合作交流不足等问题,提出针对性的解决方案和措施。研究成果可有效提高学生的实际操作技能和就业能力,促进校企深度合作和产业教育融合发展。建议其他本科院校借鉴推广这种试点实践模式和经验,为我国高等教育高质量发展做出贡献。
This paper is based on the concept of"integration of production and education,dual education",taking the undergraduate college as an example,studying the problem of modern apprenticeship pilot practice.It is found that the pilot practice has problems such as poor connection between schools and enterprises,insufficient practical opportunities and resources for students,lack of experience of teachers and enterprise mentors,and insufficient cooperation and communication among enterprises.The paper puts forward targeted solutions and measures.The research results can effectively improve students'practical operation skills and employability,and promote the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the integrated development of industrial education.It is suggested that other undergraduate colleges should learn from and promote this pilot practice mode and experience to make contributions to China's higher education.
