摘要
目的了解青岛市第三方消毒服务机构行业现状及消毒能力,为促进第三方消毒服务机构发展提供科学依据。方法2023年6-10月对青岛市19家第三方消毒服务机构基本情况、人员概况、开展培训情况、消毒服务情况、物资储备情况进行现场调查。结果68.42%(13/19)的第三方消毒服务机构在近1~4年间成立,63.16%(12/19)的机构从事消毒工作人员在20人以内,消毒工作人员工作年限3年及以下者占59.62%(248/416),文化程度专科及以下者占82.93%(345/416)。各机构均开展岗前培训和日常培训,且培训内容较为全面。19家机构均开展场所预防性消毒项目(100%,19/19),89.47%(17/19)的机构开展传染病疫源地消毒项目;消毒服务场所主要为办公等写字楼(89.47%,17/19),社区、商超(84.21%,16/19),集中隔离观察场所及新型冠状病毒肺炎患者住所(73.68%,14/19)和医疗机构(68.42%,13/19)等地;94.74%(18/19)的机构参与过新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情现场消毒或相关工作。结论青岛市第三方消毒服务机构近年来发展迅速,可开展相应的消毒服务项目并承担现场环境消毒工作,但仍存在发展历史较短、规模较小、从业人员资历尚浅等问题,需针对存在问题加强队伍建设,提高消毒服务水平。
Objective To understand the status and disinfection capacity of third-party disinfection service institutions in Qingdao city,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting the development of third-party disinfection service institutions.Methods An on-site investigation was conducted to collect data on the basic information,personnel profiles,training implementation,disinfection services,and material reserves of 19third-party disinfection service providers in Qingdao city from June to October 2023.Results Among the 19third-party disinfection service providers,68.42%(13/19)were established within the past 1-4years,and 63.16%(12/19)employed fewer than 20disinfection workers.Of the 416disinfection workers,59.62%(248/416)had 3years or less of work experience,and 82.93%(345/416)held a junior college degree or lower.All institutions implemented pre-employment and daily training programs,with relatively comprehensive training content.All 19institutions provided preventive disinfection services(100%,19/19),and 89.47%(17/19)conducted disinfection in epidemic areas.The primary service locations included office buildings(89.47%,17/19),communities and supermarkets(84.21%,16/19),centralized isolation sites and residences of COVID-19patients(73.68%,14/19),and medical institutions(68.42%,13/19).Additionally,94.74%(18/19)of the institutions participated in on-site disinfection or related work during the COVID-19pandemic.Conclusion The third-party disinfection service institutions in Qingdao city have developed rapidly in recent years,which can carry out corresponding disinfection service projects and undertake on-site environmental disinfection work.However,there are still problems such as a short development history,small scale,and shallow qualifications of practioners.It is essential to strengthen team building and enhance the quality of disinfection services to address these issues.
