摘要
目的分析对安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者提供下颌前伸矫治器矫治的效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月温州口腔医院正畸科收治的50例安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者作为研究对象,按照电脑抽号法分为研究组(25例)与常规组(25例)。研究组患者采用下颌前伸矫治器矫治,常规组患者采用常规治疗,比较两组患者满意度、治疗效果等指标的差异性。结果研究组患者的满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的生活质量评分高于常规组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者提供下颌前伸矫治器矫治,这种方式的矫治效果理想,且可以提升患者的满意度,改善患者的生活质量情况,缓解患者的负性情绪。
Objective To analyze the effect of providing mandibular advancement appliance correction for patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods Fifty patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion treated in Department of Orthodontics,Wenzhou Dental Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(25 cases)and routine group(25 cases)according to computer sampling method.The study group patients were treated with mandibular advancement appliances,while the control group patients were treated with conventional therapy.The satisfaction and treatment efficacy between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ater treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing mandibular advancement orthodontic treatment for pa-tients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion is effective in improving patient satisfaction,enhancing their quality of life,and alleviating negative emotions.
