摘要
目的 探讨电针辅助治疗脑卒中后便秘患者的效果,并分析其对患者心理状态及肠道菌群的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月湖北省中西医结合医院收治的100例脑卒中后便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为西药组和联合组,每组50例。西药组予以5 mg枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,联合组在西药组的基础上予以电针治疗。比较两组患者疗效、心理状态和菌群多样性。结果 治疗后,联合组临床总有效率高于西药组,排便间隔、排便耗时短于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后大便黏稠度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于西药组,Chao1指数、香农指数高于西药组,辛普森指数低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电针辅助治疗脑卒中后便秘患者可有效提高临床疗效,缩短患者排便间隔、排便耗时,改善患者心理状态,提高肠道菌群多样性和丰度。
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of poststroke constipation,and analyze its influence on the psychological state and intestinal flora of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with poststroke con-stipation admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into western medicine group and combined group accord-ing to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with 5 mg Mosapride Citrate,and the combined group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the western medicine group.The efficacy,psychological state and intestinal flora diversity of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group,and the defecation interval and defecation time were shorter than those of the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fecal viscosity between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in combined group were lower than those in western medicine group,Chaol index and Shannon index were higher than those in western medicine group,and Simpson index was lower than that in western medicine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Electroacupuncture treatment of poststroke constipation patients can effectively improve the clinical effect,shorten the defecation interval and defecation time,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase the diversity and abundance of intestinal flora.
