摘要
雄激素性脱发是皮肤科常见的损美性疾病,本病易诊难治,给患者带来了显著的心理压力和经济负担。目前西医主流治疗方案存在不良反应大、价格昂贵、复发率高等问题,相较之下中医疗法展现出了可观的疗效和安全性,针刺疗法作为中医的重要外治法在本病的治疗中发挥了重要作用。文章查阅知网、维普、PubMed近年来相关文献,旨在综述不同类型的针刺疗法在雄激素性脱发治疗中的临床应用,以期为本病的诊疗提供新思路和相关参考。
Androgenetic alopecia is a common aesthetic disease in dermatology,which is easy to diagnose but difficult to treat,bringing significant psychological pressure and economic burden to patients.Currently,the mainstream treatment of Western medicine is characterized by high side effects,high price,and high recurrence rate.In contrast,traditional Chinese medicine has shown considerable efficacy and good safety in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia,and acupuncture therapy,as an important external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in the treatment of this disease.This article reviews the relevant literature from Zhi.com,VIP,and Pub Med in recent years,aiming to synthesize the clinical application of different types of acupuncture therapies in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia,with a view to providing new ideas and relevant references for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
