摘要
急性胰腺炎是一种常见的急腹症,并发症高发,致死率较高。目前治疗以西医常规治疗为主,包括使用抗生素、禁食、补液等对症治疗,但具有住院时间长,费用高,并发症多等特点。大承气汤,通里攻下的代表方,是治疗急性胰腺炎的经典方,具有通里攻下、清热解毒等功效,研究发现大承气汤在应用于治疗急性胰腺炎方面卓有成效,且并发症发病率、致死率更低。文章对大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的应用及相关研究方面进行综述,旨在为大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床应用和进一步研究提供一些参考。
Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdomen with high incidence of complications and high mortality.At present,the conventional treatment of western medicine is the main treatment,including antibiotics,fasting,fluid replacement and other symptomatic treatment,but it has the characteristics of long hospital stay,high cost,and more complications.Dachengqi Decoction(大承气汤),the representative prescription of Tongli Chugxiu,is a classic prescription for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.It has the effects of Tongli Chugxiu,clearing heat and detoxifying.Studies have found that Dachengqi Decoction is effective in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,and the incidence of complications and mortality are lower.This article reviews the application and related research of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,in order to provide reference for the clinical application and further research of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
