摘要
失眠是一种临床常见病,长期失眠会损害人们的身体和心理健康。失眠常伴随一些其他症状,部分严重者会导致精神障碍症状的产生,如幻觉,严重的影响人们的工作学习和生活。真武汤出自于《伤寒论》,具有扶阳驱寒镇水之功,用于阳虚水泛之证。该文通过阐释失眠和幻觉的病因病机、针刺调神及真武汤的作用机制,以探析真武汤结合针刺治疗阳虚水泛型失眠伴幻觉的机理。并在文末附1例验案,以供同道学习。
Insomnia is a common clinical disease,long-term insomnia will harm people's physical and mental health.Insomnia is often accompanied by a number of other symptoms.Some severe patients suffer mental disorders,such as hallucinations,seriously affecting people's work,study and life.Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is used for edema due to Yang deficiency syndrome to reinforce Yang,dispel cold and relieve edema.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia and hallucination,the mechanism of Zhenwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating insomnia with hallucination due to edema due to Yang deficiency syndrome were discussed.At the end of the paper,a case was attached for study.
