摘要
支气管哮喘是一种以慢性气道炎症和气道重构为主要特征的异质性气道疾病。长期炎性反应导致气道结构重塑。自噬在气道重构中发挥了双向调节作用,自噬太过和不及均会诱发免疫效应,出现组织增生、纤维化及重塑等病理改变。这与中医“阳化气,阴成形”理论失衡出现“气阳亏虚,痰瘀痼结”病机一致,故该文将从“阳化气,阴成形”角度探讨自噬与气道重构之间的关系,运用宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合的研究方法,以期为哮喘提供新的诊疗思路。
Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous airway disease mainly characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway remodeling.Long-term inflammatory responses cause airway structural remodeling.Autophagy plays a bidirectional regulatory role in airway remodeling.Both excessive and insufficient autophagy can induce immune effects,resulting in pathological changes such as tissue hyperplasia,fibrosis and remodeling.This is consistent with the imbalance of the theory of"Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form"in traditional Chinese medicine,presenting the pathogenesis of"deficiency of Qi and Yang,and stubborn accumulation of phlegm and stasis".Therefore,this article explored the relationship between autophagy and airway remodeling from the perspective of"Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form",combining macroscopic and microscopic dialectics,in the hope of providing new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for asthma.
