基于GSH/GPX4信号通路探讨中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based on GSH/GPX4 Signaling Pathway

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见并发症,临床表现为肢体麻木、疼痛、肿胀,晚期可累及运动神经,出现肌力下降、肌肉萎缩、瘫痪等,严重影响患者生活质量。该病的西医治疗药物种类繁多,目前尚未发现根治特效药物,中医药在改善症状延缓疾病进程中有独特优势。近年来研究发现GSH/GPX4信号通路与DPN的发生密切相关。该文将探讨DPN的发病机制、GSH/GPX4信号通路与DPN的关系以及研究进展,以期为DPN的中医药治疗和中药研发提供一定的理论依据。 Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is the most common complication of diabetes,clinically characterized by limb numbness,pain and swelling.In the later stages,it can involve motor nerves,leading to muscle weakness,atrophy and paralysis,severely impacting the quality of life of patients.There is a wide variety of pharmacological treatments in Western medicine,but no radical cure has been discovered yet.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in alleviating symptoms and delaying disease progression.Recent studies have found a close relationship between the GSH/GPX4 signaling pathway and the occurrence of DPN.This article explored the pathogenesis of DPN,the relationship between the GSH/GPX4 signaling pathway and DPN,as well as the research advancements in this field,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the TCM treatment of DPN and the development of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.
