摘要
剖宫产术后腹部切口感染合并会阴坏死性筋膜炎较为罕见,患者病情进展迅速,并发症较多,若不及时诊疗,可危及生命。本文介绍了1例剖宫产术后腹部切口感染合并会阴坏死性筋膜炎患者全程诊治经过,供临床参考。
Necrotizing fasciitis is rare in patients with abdominal incision infection after caesarean section.This disease progresses rapidly with more complications.If not diagnosed and treated in time,it can be life-threatening.This article introduces the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of a patient with abdominal incision infection complicated with perineal necrotizing fasciitis after caesarean section for clinical reference.
