摘要
目的 探讨基于骨科损害控制(DCO)的风险预测护理对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者骨水泥经皮椎体成形术(PVP)后康复效果的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月河南省职工医院收治的行骨水泥PVP治疗的114例老年OVCF患者,按随机抽签法分为常规干预组和风险预测组,各57例。常规干预组行常规护理干预,风险预测组行基于DCO的风险预测护理干预。术后3个月,比较两组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、Cobb角、椎体前缘高度、日常生活自理能力评估表(ADL)评分及并发症发生率。结果 术后3个月,风险预测组FRS评分、ODI评分、Cobb角均低于常规干预组(P<0.05);风险预测组椎体前缘高度、ADL评分均高于常规干预组(P<0.05);风险预测组术后并发症发生率低于常规干预组(P<0.05)。结论 基于DCO的风险预测护理能减轻老年OVCF患者疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,促进伤椎恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高日常生活自理能力。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of risk prediction nursing based on damage control orthopaedics(DCO)in the elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)after bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods A total of 114 elderly OVCF patients treated with bone cement PVP from January 2022 to December 2023 in Henan General Hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine intervention group and risk prediction group,57 cases in each group.Theroutine intervention group received routine nursing intervention,the risk prediction group received risk prediction nursing intervention based on DCO.After 3 months of operation,visual analog scoring(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),Cobb angle,vertebral anterior margin height,activities of daily living(ADL)score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of operation,the FRS score,ODI score and Cobb Angle in risk prediction group were lower than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The vertebral anterior margin height and ADL score in the risk prediction group were higher than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the risk prediction group was lower than that in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prediction nursing based on DCO can reduce the pain degree of elderly patients with OVCF,improve lumbar function,promote the recovery of injured vertebrae,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the self-care ability of daily life.
