摘要
目的:探讨口服棒棒糖与常规禁食干预分别联合舒适护理在胃肠息肉术后患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年1 月至2024 年3 月本院收治的60 例胃肠息肉术后患者作为研究对象.依照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=30,给予术后 24h禁食期间口服棒棒糖联合舒适护理干预)和对照组(n=30,给予常规禁食联合舒适护理干预).比较两组患者生理指标[收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖],舒适度,不良反应及低血糖发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,空腹血糖水平高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度优良率(29/30,96.66%)高于对照组(24/30,80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:口服棒棒糖联合舒适护理可维持胃肠息肉患者术后禁食期间的血糖的相对稳定,提高患者身心舒适度,有利于降低低血糖发生率,且具有较高的安全性.
Objective:To explore the application effect of lollipop and routine fasting intervention separately combined with comfort nursing in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:Sixty postoperative patients with gastrointestinal polyps who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=30,received oral lollipop during 24-hour fasting after surgery combined with comfort nursing intervention)and control group(n=30,received conventional fasting combined with comfort nursing intervention).The physiological indexes[systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,Fasting blood glucose level],comfort level,adverse reactions and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of fasting blood glucose was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of comfort level of observation group(29/30,96.66%)was higher than that of control group(24/30,80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lollipop combined with comfort nursing can maintain relative stability of patient's blood glucose during postoperative fasting period,improve physical and mental comfort level,help to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients afier surgery for gastrointestinal polyps,and have a high safety profile.
