摘要
目的:探讨基于个案管理的干预策略对全面性发育迟缓(GDD)儿童康复的干预效果.方法:选取2022 年1 月至2023 年1 月本院收治的62 例GDD患儿作为研究对象.按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=31,采用基于个案管理的康复干预)和对照组(n=31,采用常规康复干预).比较两组患儿康复干预效果、儿童发育商(DQ)及日常生活活动能力.结果:观察组患儿的干预总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患儿言语、顺应、动作及社会应答评分及儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于个案管理的护理干预策略能够提升GDD患儿康复效果,促进其智力、肢体能力发展,提高日常生活活动能力.
Objective:To explore the effect of intervention strategies based on case management on the rehabilitation of children with global developmental delay(GDD).Methods:A total of 62 children with GDD admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=3l,given rehabilitation intervention based on case management)and control group(n=31,given routine rehabilitation intervention).The effects of rehabilitation intervention,children's development quotient(DQ)and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of speech,compliance,motor,and social response and Wee function independent measurement(WeeFIM)scores in observation groups were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention strategy based on case management can improve the rehabilitation effect of children with GDD,promote their intellectual and physical abilities,and enhance their daily living activities.
