摘要
目的:探讨基于多学科团队的安宁疗护在晚期胃癌化疗患者中的临床应用.方法:选取 2021 年 7 月至2023 年 8 月本院收治的 122 例行化疗治疗的晚期胃癌患者为研究对象.按照干预方案,将其分为观察组(n=62,予以基于多学科团队的安宁疗护)和对照组(n=60,予以常规安宁疗护).比较两组患者生活质量[生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及营养状况[营养风险筛查评估量表(NRS-2002)].结果:干预后,观察组患者QLQ-C30 各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS、NRS-2002 评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于多学科团队的安宁疗护应用于晚期胃癌化疗患者,可以减少患者负面情绪,稳定心理状态,降低营养风险,提升生活质量,值得临床借鉴.
Objective:To explore the clinical application of multidisciplinary team-based hospice care in patients undergoing chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 122 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital for chemotherapy treatment from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=62,received hospice care based on multidisciplinary team)and control group(n=60,received conventional hospice care),according to the intervention scheme.The quality of life[quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)],mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)] and nutritional state[nutritional risk screening(NRS-2002)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of QLQ-C30 for all dimensions in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and NRS-2002 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary team-based hospice intervention for advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy patients can reduce patients'negative emotions,stabilize their psychological state,reduce nutritional risks,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
