摘要
青年体育教师是体育教学工作的主力军,提升青年体育教师教学能力是民办高校体育教学质量的重要环节。民办高校青年体育教师教学能力的提升,不仅有助于提高人才培养质量,助力学生身心健康发展,还能提高教师的教学研究水平,强化师资队伍建设。然而,民办高校青年体育教师教学能力存在诸多现实问题,如教学经验相对缺乏、岗前教学类培训层次偏低、教学组织管理能力有待提升等。基于现实问题,本文提出从积极转变重科研轻教学的理念、建立科学合理的制度保障机制、构建良好的教学文化环境、建立教学资源共享平台等四个方面提升民办高校青年体育教师教学能力。
Young physical education teachers are the main force to undertake the physical education teaching work in private colleges and universities,and improving the teaching ability of young physical education teachers is an important link related to the quality of physical education teaching in private colleges and universities.The improvement of the teaching ability of young physical education teachers in private colleges and universities will not only help to improve the quality of talent training,help the healthy development of students'body and mind,but also help the teaching and research level of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers.However,there are many practical problems in the teaching ability of young physical education teachers in private colleges and universities,such as the relative lack of teaching experience,the low level of pre-job teaching training,and the need to improve the teaching organization and management ability.Based on the practical problems,it puts forward to improve the teaching ability of young PE teachers in private universities from four aspects:actively changing the concept of emphasizing scientific research rather than teaching,establishing a scientific and reasonable system guarantee mechanism,building a good teaching cultural environment,and establishing a teaching resource sharing platform.
