摘要
露天矿短期配矿计划的编制是保证矿石选矿品质的前提,其准确编制依赖于采区现状的准确、及时更新以及矿石品位的测定。为了解决人工测绘速度慢、精度低且不能满足短期配矿计划编制要求的问题,采用了基于无人机和岩粉数据库的露天矿短期计划编制方案。对比了短期采矿前后采区的现状变化以及平均品位变化,并计算了矿石平均品位的波动值。结果表明采用无人机航测以及岩粉数据库的短期计划编制能够提高测绘效率以及矿石品位的估计,为实现精准配矿奠定了基础。
The preparation of short-term allotment plans for open-pit mines is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of ore dressing,and relies on accurate updates of the current status of the mining area as well as the determination of ore grades.In order to solve the problems of slow speed and low accuracy of manual mapping,which cannot meet the requirements of short-term mining plan preparation,a short-term plan preparation program for open-pit mines based on drones and rock powder database was adopted.The changes in the status quo of the mining area before and after short-term mining as well as the changes in the average grade were compared,and the fluctuation value of the average grade of the ore was calculated.The results show that the short-term planning using drone aerial survey and rock flour database can improve the mapping efficiency and the estimation of ore grade,so as to realize the accurate allocation of ore.
