摘要
通过比较信息技术发展与军事应用发展之间的阶段关系以及分析近期软件定义技术的特点优势,论文揭示了软件定义技术与近期美军作战概念的内在关系,给出了软件定义对应的战斗力具体能力体现,并指出了其制胜机理及其发挥作战作用,为战争制胜机理研究提供了一种新的视角,对促进新域新质作战力量发展和武器装备保障模式研究具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
By comparing the stage relationship between the development of information technology and military applications,and analyzing the characteristics and advantages of recent software definition technologies,this article reveals the inherent relation-ship between software defined technology and recent US military operational concepts,provides specific capabilities corresponding to the combat effectiveness,points out the defeat mechanisms and plays a role in war research.It provides a new perspective for the study of defeat mechanisms of war.It has certain reference significance for the research on the development of new domain and new quality combat forces,and the weapon equipment support mode.
