摘要
随着城镇化进程加速,农村老年人口比例明显上升,且癌症病人死亡率较高,导致农村安宁疗护服务需求日益增长。然而,目前农村安宁疗护服务面临诸多挑战,包括传统观念束缚、人均收入较低、机构匮乏、专业队伍稀少、医保制度不完善以及质控管理落后等问题。针对这些挑战,该文提出了因地制宜开展生命教育、完善医保政策法规、构建“家庭-村卫生室-综合性医院”分级诊疗模式、推进建设安宁疗护互联网智慧平台、规范化服务质量管理以及促进中医药融入农村安宁疗护服务等对策。通过政府、社会、企业、教育等多方力量的共同参与,增设农村安宁疗护地方试点,以期满足农民居家善终的精神追求,推动农村安宁疗护服务的健康可持续发展。
This article studies the practice paths of hospice care in rural areas through literature research and investigation.With the acceleration of urbanization,the proportion of the elderly population in rural areas has risen significantly,and the mortality rate among cancer patients is relatively high,leading to an increasing demand for rural hospice care services.However,rural hospice care services currently face numerous challenges,including constraints from traditional beliefs,low per capita income,scarcity of institutions,limited professional staff,inadequate medical insurance systems,and backward quality control management.In response to these challenges,this article proposes countermeasures such as conducting life education according to local conditions,improving medical insurance policies and regulations,establishing a graded diagnosis and treatment model of"family⁃village clinic⁃general hospital",promoting the construction of an intelligent Internet platform for hospice care,standardizing service quality management,and integrating traditional Chinese medicine into rural hospice care services.Through the joint participation of government,society,enterprises,education,and other stakeholders,additional local pilot projects for rural hospice care will be established,aiming to fulfill farmers'spiritual pursuit of dying at home and promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural hospice care services.
