摘要
目的:探讨4℃乌梅甘草喷雾对重症监护室(ICU)机械通气病人口渴程度的影响。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年2月海南省某三级甲等综合医院ICU的机械通气病人作为研究对象,采用随机对照法将病人分为对照组和观察组。对照组39例,采用4℃灭菌注射用水喷雾喷洒病人口腔;观察组38例,采用4℃乌梅甘草喷雾喷洒病人口腔。观察两组病人干预前后口腔湿度、唇舌口腔黏膜滋润程度得分。结果:干预后,观察组病人口腔湿度为(29.19±3.92)%,高于对照组的(25.31±2.80)%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组病人唇舌口腔黏膜滋润评分为(2.87±0.74)分,低于对照组的(3.38±0.63)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:4℃乌梅甘草喷雾可缓解ICU机械通气病人口渴症状,湿润唇舌口腔黏膜,促进舒适,优于4℃灭菌注射用水喷雾。
Objective:To explore the effect of 4℃black plum and licorice spray on the thirst degree of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods:Mechanically ventilated patients in the ICU of a tertiary A⁃level general hospital in Hainan Province from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by randomized controlled method.The control group had 39 cases,and the patients'mouths were sprayed with 4°C sterile water for injection spray.The observation group had 38 cases,and the patients'mouths were sprayed with 4℃black plum and licorice spray.The oral humidity and oral mucosal moisturizing scores of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:After intervention,the oral humidity value of the observation group was(29.19±3.92)%,which was higher than that of the control group(25.31±2.80)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The oral mucosal moisturizing score of the observation group was(2.87±0.74)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.38±0.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:4℃black plum and licorice spray can relieve oral humidity,moisten the lips,tongue and oral mucosa of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation,and promote comfort,which is better than 4°C sterile water for injection spray.
