基于阶比分析的发动机变转速工况碰摩故障特征提取

摘要 某型航空发动机在转速变化的工况下发生转、静子碰摩故障,使用常规的快速傅里叶变换不易分析该工况下的转、静子碰摩故障。本文采用重采样的方法,将等时间间隔的原始振动信号转换为等角度间隔的信号,再对这个信号进行FFT,得到振动信号的阶次谱。该方法通过数值模拟进行了验证,然后在具有碰摩故障的航空发动机数据上进行了验证。该方法适用于检测变转速工况下航空发动机转、静子碰摩故障。 A certain type of aircraft engine experiences rub-impact fault under changing speed conditions.It is difficult to analyze the rotor and stator rub-impact fault under this condition using conventional Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).Firstly,the resampling method is used to convert the original vibration signal with equal time intervals into vibration signal with equal angle,and then FFT is performed on vibration signal with equal angle to obtain the order spectrum of the vibration signal.This method was validated through numerical simulation and then validated on aircraft engine data with rub-impact fault.This method is suitable for detecting rub-impact fault in aircraft engines under variable speed conditions.
