摘要
为提升实验室转基因成分检测水平,确保检测结果准确、可靠。根据Fapas组织方能力验证作业指导书和行业标准《转基因成分检测玉米检测方法》SN/T 1196-2018对一份100%玉米粉测试样品中12个参数进行转基因成分定性检测。该样品检出CaMV 35S、NOS、NK603、MON863品系(基因),未检出BT176、BTⅡ、MON810、GA21、MIR604、MON88017、TC1507、MON89034品系,能力验证结果满意。
To enhance the testing level of the laboratory for genetically modified components to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results,a 100% corn flour test material was qualitatively detected for 12 parameters in accordance with the proficiency testing guidelines provided by Fapas organizer and the industry standard Genetically Modified Components Maize Detection Methods SN/T 1196-2018.The CaMV 35S、NOS、NK603 and MON863 events(genes)were detected,and BT176、BTⅡ、MON810、GA21、MIR604、MON88017、TC1507 and MON89034 varieties were not detected in the sample.This proficiency testing results were satisfactory.
