摘要
文章以寒地蓄电池电解液污染场地为研究对象,评估得出污染土方量约60 m^(3),主要指标铅超过基线;采样点1的表层土超过风险筛选值,超标倍数为1.69倍。点位2表层土及中层土、点位5表层土铅含量均超过风险管制值,超标倍数分别为8.36倍、2.46倍和0.46倍,点位2表层土铅含量达到危险废物标准;拆解的蓄电池电解液入渗致土壤pH值下降;污染土壤治理包括危废土壤及非危废土壤治理,污染损害总体数额为:异位固定/稳定化处理方案64615元,异位土壤阻隔填埋方案52759元,土壤焚烧方案41291元。
This paper takes the site polluted by battery electrolyte in cold area is taken as the research object.It is estimated that the amount of contaminated earth is about 60 m^(3)with main index lead exceeding the baseline.The topsoil at sampling point 1 exceeded the risk screening value,and the exceed ratio was 1.69 times.The lead content of surface soil and middle soil at point 2 and surface soil at point 5 exceeded the risk control value,and the multiple of exceeding the standard was 8.36 times,2.46 times and 0.46 times,respectively.The lead content of surface soil at point 2 reached the standard of hazardous waste.The infiltration of disassembled battery electrolyte decreases soil pH value.Contaminated soil treatment includes hazardous waste soil and non-hazardous waste soil treatment,and the total amount of pollution damage is:64,615 yuan for ectopic fixation/stabilization treatment,52,759 yuan for ectopic soil barrier landfill,and 41,291 yuan for soil incineration.
