自然流域水系沉积物重金属元素分布检测技术研究

摘要 重金属元素进入水系沉积物后,对自然流域生态环境和人体健康构成潜在威胁。为此,研究一种自然流域水系沉积物重金属元素分布检测技术。选取流域内某一段河流段作为研究对象,采集沉积物样品,经过预处理后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测重金属元素。根据检测结果,分析重金属元素分布特征,实现重金属元素分布检测。实验结果共检测出8种重金属元素,其中Cd、Pb、Cr、Ni元素是含量较高的四种,甚至部分采样点含量超过了质量标准。超标的重金属元素会对环境和人体健康造成严重影响。 After heavy metal elements enter river sediments,they pose a potential threat to the ecological environment and human health in natural basins.Therefore,a technique for detecting the distribution of heavy metal elements in river sediments of natural basins is studied.A river section in the basin was selected as the research object,and sediment samples were collected.After pretreatment,heavy metal elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.According to the test results,the distribution characteristics of heavy metal elements are analyzed to realize the distribution detection of heavy metal elements.The experimental results show that eight kinds of heavy metal elements have been detected,among which Cd,Pb,Cr and Ni are the four elements with high content,and even the content of some sampling points exceeds the quality standard.Excessive heavy metal elements will have a serious impact on the environment and human health.
