IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO动态水平对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效评估价值 被引量:1

Evaluation value of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO levels in assessing the efficacy of acute attacks of pediatric bronchial asthma

摘要 目的 分析免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-1β及呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作疗效的评估价值。方法 选取118例支气管哮喘急性发作的患儿为研究对象,实施个体化治疗方案后,根据疗效分为病情控制组(89例)与未控制组(29例)。比较118例患儿治疗前后以及控制组与未控制组患儿治疗后IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO水平。采用Pearson相关性分析IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO指标之间的相关性;采用ROC曲线分析IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO对哮喘患儿的疗效评估价值。结果 治疗后,118例哮喘患儿IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO水平均降低(P<0.05)。控制组IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO水平均低于未控制组(P<0.05)。哮喘患儿IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO指标之间相互呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,IgE、IL-4、IL-1β、FeNO联合评估急性发作哮喘患儿临床疗效的AUC值均高于单一指标评估的AUC值(P<0.05)。结论 动态监测IgE、IL-4、IL-1β及FeNO可有效评估哮喘急性发作疗效,联合检测较单独指标检测具有更高预测效能。 Aim To analyze the evaluation value of immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-1β,and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) levels in assessing the efficacy of acute attacks of pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods 118 children with acute exacerbation of asthma were selected as the research subjects.After implementing individualized treatment plans,they were divided into the control group(89 cases) and the uncontrolled group(29 cases) based on the efficacy.The levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO in 118 pediatric patients before and after treatment,as well as between the control group and the uncontrolled group after treatment were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO indicators.ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO in children with asthma.Results After treatment,the levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO in 118 asthmatic children were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO in the control group were lower than those in the uncontrolled group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO indicators in children with asthma(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the AUC values of combining IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO in evaluating the clinical efficacy of acute asthma attacks in children were higher than those of single index(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of IgE,IL-4,IL-1β,and FeNO can effectively evaluate the efficacy of acute asthma attacks,and combined detection has higher clinical predictive value than the individual indicator detection.
