摘要
目的 探讨3.0T磁共振成像(MRI)单侧髋关节扫描对髋臼损伤的临床诊断价值。方法 选取髋关节髋臼损伤患者84例,以手术结果为金标准,所有患者均行3.0T MRI单侧髋关节扫描和双侧髋关节扫描,对扫描图像质量进行评分,比较两种方法的灵敏度、特异度、准确率。结果 3.0T MRI单侧髋关节扫描的图像质量评分明显高于双侧髋关节扫描(P<0.05)。3.0T MRI单侧髋关节扫描的灵敏度、准确率均高于双侧髋关节扫描(P<0.05)。结论 3.0T MRI单侧髋关节扫描在髋臼损伤诊断中具有高清晰度和灵敏度,可为临床确诊和治疗提供可靠依据,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Aim To explore the clinical diagnostic value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) unilateral hip joint scanning in acetabular injury.Methods A total of 84 patients with acetabular injury were selected,with surgical results selected as the gold standard.All patients underwent both 3.0T MRI unilateral hip joint scanning and bilateral hip joint scanning.The image quality was scored,and the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the two methods were compared.Results The image quality score of 3.0T MRI unilateral hip joint scanning was significantly higher than that of bilateral hip joint scanning(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of 3.0T MRI unilateral hip joint scanning were also higher than those of bilateral hip joint scanning(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0T MRI unilateral hip joint scanning demonstrates high clarity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of acetabular injury,providing reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and holds significant clinical application value.
