摘要
通过一个酒店改造工程案例,详细介绍了后厨防水系统的施工工艺要点。与传统做法相比,改进方法采用柔性粘结剂“硬底薄贴”工艺和严格的密封处理等措施,显著提升了防水效果和施工质量。这些改进不仅解决了传统施工中的积水和渗漏问题,还增强了防水系统的可靠性和耐久性,为类似工程提供了宝贵的实践经验和技术参考。
Key construction techniques of a kitchen waterproofing system are detailed through a hotel renovation project case.Compared with conventional techniques,the improved procedure employs flexible adhesive with“rigid substrate thin-bed installation”technique and rigorous sealing treatment.Those methods significantly enhances waterproofing effectiveness and construction quality.These improvements not only solve the common water accumulation and leakage problem in traditional construction,but also improve the reliability and durability of the waterproofing system.The study provides valuable practical experience and technical references for similar projects.
