摘要
昆山某小区地下室采用“迎水面止水帷幕、前置堵水层、中埋式止水带、后置密封层、背水面防水涂料”5层复合防水结构的综合治理方案,并通过现场精细化施工管控,有效解决了沉降缝渗漏问题,该施工方案可为同类型地下室沉降缝渗漏治理提供参考。
A residential basement in Kunshan adopts a comprehensive treatment of 5-layer composite waterproofing structure:water-stop curtain on the water-facing side,pre-embedded water-stop layer,middle-embedded water-stop strip,post-embedded sealing layer,and waterproofing coating on the back side.Through refined on-site construction management,the problem of water leakage in settlement joints is effectively solved.This construction plan can provide a reference for the leakage treatment of water settlement joints in similar basement.
