摘要
海南某工业厂房屋面采用了预制发泡水泥复合槽型板,由于长期处于炎热、多雨、高湿和空气中氯盐含量较多的海洋大气环境中,导致防水提前失效、结构被侵蚀,屋面板底混凝土保护层脱落露筋、钢筋锈蚀非常严重。屋面在进行加固与防水维修时,针对性地选用了热浸锌钢材、环氧修补胶泥、加固型高强聚合物砂浆、TPO防水卷材、仿生纤维防水砂浆等耐腐、抗氯离子、抗裂、耐老化的材料,可有效延长混凝土结构的使用寿命。
The roof of an industrial plant in Hainan used prefabricated foamed cement composite trough panels.Due to prolonged exposure to a hot,rainy,high-humidity marine atmosphere with elevated chloride levels,the waterproofing prematurely failed and structure corroded.During the structure reinforcement and waterproofing maintenance of the roof,hot-dipped galvanized steel,epoxy repair mortar,high-strength polymer-modified reinforcement mortar,TPO waterproofing membranes,and bionic fiber-reinforced waterproofing mortar are selected for their corrosion resistance,chloride impermeability,crack resistance and aging durability characteristics.These materials can effectively extend the service life of concrete structures.
