摘要
乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是导致肝硬化和肝癌的主要病因之一。现有的HBV研究模型存在一定的局限性,亟需一种新模型弥补其缺陷。类器官是干细胞在一定条件下分化成的由多种类型细胞组成的迷你器官,可以再现HBV感染的免疫和发病机制,用于模拟病毒在体内的感染情况。本文介绍了肝脏类器官在HBV机制研究及抗病毒药物筛选中的应用,以期为HBV的研究提供更多思路和可能。
Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is one of the major causes of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.Existing models for HBV research have certain limitations,thus a novel model is urgently needed to compensate for their shortcomings.Organoids,which are mini-organs composed of multiple cell types differentiated from stem cells under certain conditions,can recapitulate the immunity and pathogenesis of HBV infection and be used to simulate viral infection in vivo.This paper describes the application of liver organoids in HBV mechanism research and antiviral drug screening,with the aim of providing more ideas and possibilities for HBV research.
