煤基油制取3^(#)工业白油技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究选用30%煤+70%减压渣油+1%催化剂为悬浮床加氢裂化煤油共炼技术的原料,煤油共炼产物作为固定床加氢裂化和加氢精制的原料,生产工业白油的试验。试验结果表明,煤油共炼反应过程中,反应温度为468℃,反应压力为20 MPa,体积空速为0.5 h^(-1),氢油体积比为2000 L/kg;固定床加氢精制反应温度为360℃,反应压力为16 MPa,体积空速0.5 h^(-1),氢油体积比800 L/kg;最终的加氢产品蒸馏切割得到210~310℃馏分油,主要指标如闪点(开口)69.5℃,芳烃含量0.05 mg/kg,硫含量1.6 mg/kg,倾点-12℃,优于3^(#)工业白油行业标准。 In this study,30%coal+70%vacuum residue+1%catalyst was selected as the raw material of suspended bed hydrocracking kerosene co-refining technology,and the kerosene co-refining product was used as the raw material of fixed bed hydrocracking and hydrorefining to produce industrial white oil.The test results show that the reaction temperature is 468℃,the reaction pressure is 20 MPa,the volume space velocity is 0.5 h-1,and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 2000 L/kg.Fixed bed hydrofining reaction temperature 360℃,reaction pressure 16 MPa,space velocity 0.5 h^(-1),hydrogen-oil volume ratio 800 L/kg;The final hydrogenation product is distilled and cut to obtain 210~310℃distillate oil,the main indicators such as flash point(opening)69.5℃,aromatic content 0.05 mg/kg,sulfur content 0.69 mg/kg,pour point-12℃,which is better than the 3^(#)industrial white oil industry standard.
