摘要
利用SWOT-AHP分析法来研究了黔东南州旅游可持续发展策略问题,通过对黔东南州旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行量化分析。研究表明,黔东南州旅游的优势是旅游资源丰富,民族文化浓郁;主要劣势是基础设施落后,旅游产品单一,专业人才匮乏;主要机遇是乡村体育带动作用;面临的主要威胁是资源一体化不足。该州的旅游资源处于开拓战略区的实力型。最后,针对以上情况,提出黔东南州需要抓住战略机遇,积极开拓资源优势;继续做大做强乡村体育文化产业;同时加强旅游人才的引进与培养。
The SWOT-AHP analysis method was utilized to study the sustainable tourism development strategies in Qiandongnan prefecture,providing a quantitative analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of its tourism development.The results show that the advantages of tourism in Qiandongnan prefecture lie in its abundant tourism resources and rich ethnic culture.The disadvantages include poor infrastructure,limited diversity of tourism products and a shortage of professionals.The primary opportunity is the driving effect of rural sports,while the main threat is the insufficient integration of resources.The tourism resources are classified as being in a strength-oriented exploratory strategic area.Finally,the study suggests that Qiandongnan prefecture should seize the strategic opportunity,actively explore the resource advantages,continue to expand and enhance its rural sports and cultural industry,and strengthen the recruitment and cultivation of tourism professionals.
