摘要 压力表作为一种广泛应用于液体、气体及真空压力测量的工具,在安全防护、工业过程控制及压力监测等多个领域中发挥着重要作用。为了确保国家计量单位的一致性和量值的准确性,用于贸易结算、安全防护、医疗健康及环境监测的压力表等计量器具需要进行强制检定,未经检定或检定不合格的设备不得投入使用。在压力表的计量检定过程中,检测误差是判断其是否符合标准的关键指标。文章探讨了压力表检定过程中的误差分析及其故障处理方法,旨在为计量检定人员及相关从业者提供有价值的参考。 With the continuous advancement of technology,pressure gauges,as a widely used tool for measuring liquid,gas,and vacuum pressures,play an important role in various fields such as safety protection,industrial process control,and pressure monitoring.In order to ensure the consistency of national measurement units and the accuracy of measurement values,measuring instruments such as pressure gauges used for trade settlement,safety protection,medical health,and environmental monitoring need to undergo mandatory calibration.Equipment that has not been verified or has failed verification shall not be put into use.In the metrological calibration process of pressure gauges,detection error is a key indicator to determine whether they meet the standards.Therefore,this article will delve into the error analysis and fault handling methods in the pressure gauge calibration process,aiming to provide valuable references for metrological calibration personnel and related practitioners.
